Confers Kaharagian nationality and citizenship upon Yannick Beuvelet of France, recognising his loyalty, moral character, and service to the ideals of the Principality. Admission is conferred by special decree, effective upon the Oath of Allegiance and registration in the National Register of Citizens.
Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights
1. The said Yannick Beuvelet, born on 02 March 1996 in Haguenau, Alsace, France, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.
2. The aforesaid Yannick Beuvelet shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
Article II — Implementation and Enforcement
1. This Decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this Decree.
2. The execution of this Decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically Our Secretary of State.
