Confirms the hereditary succession to the noble title of Count Ericksen, following the laws of nobiliary inheritance, and appoints Her Royal Highness Princess Gloria as Countess Ericksen. Declares her the lawful holder of the title, privileges, and heraldic bearings attached thereto, ensuring their continuation within the Royal House.
1. The noble title of Count Ericksen is and shall remain hereditary, governed by the principle of absolute primogeniture, in accordance with the law and custom of Our realm.
2. Notwithstanding the regular order of succession, the said title shall bypass Our father and pass instead to Her Royal Highness Princess Gloria, who is hereby recognised as Countess Ericksen, with all rights, privileges, and duties pertaining thereto.
3. This decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All authorities, officers of the Crown, and subjects of the realm shall take due notice hereof and give effect to its provisions.
