Creates and confers appointments and promotions within the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle on the occasion of Prince’s Day 2023, recognising distinguished service, loyalty, and merit to the Sovereign and the Principality. Grants grades of Knight, Dame, Commander, and Grand Cross in accordance with the statutes of the Order.
