Grants Kaharagian nationality and citizenship to Nathalang Moradok, a native of the Kingdom of Thailand, for loyalty, integrity, and moral example. Admission is made by special act of the Sovereign, taking effect upon oath and registration in the National Register of Citizens. Declares him a full citizen of Kaharagia.
Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights
1. The said Nathalang Moradok, born on 19 February 2007 in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.
2. The aforesaid Nathalang Moradok shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
Article II — Implementation and Enforcement
1. This Decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this Decree.
2. The execution of this Decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically Our Secretary of State.
