Confers Kaharagian nationality and citizenship upon Luboš Kordáč, a citizen of the Czech Republic, in recognition of his loyalty, goodwill, and service to the Principality. Admission is granted by special decree, taking effect upon the Oath of Allegiance and entry in the National Register of Citizens. Recognises him as a full citizen of Kaharagia with all rights, privileges, and duties.
Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights
1. The said Luboš Kordač, born on 19 February 2007 in Prague, Central Bohemia, Czech Republic, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.
2. The aforesaid Luboš Kordač shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
Article II — Implementation and Enforcement
1. This Decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this Decree.
2. The execution of this Decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically Our Secretary of State.
