Grants Kaharagian nationality and citizenship to Hemanshu Parmar, a native of India, in recognition of his goodwill, integrity, and dedication to the Principality’s ideals. Admission is by special decree, effective upon the Oath of Allegiance and registration in the National Register of Citizens.
Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights
1. The said Hemanshu Parmar, born on 02 March 1996 in India, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.
2. The aforesaid Hemanshu Parmar shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
Article II — Implementation and Enforcement
1. This Decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this Decree.
2. The execution of this Decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically Our Secretary of State.
