Approves and enacts the Statutes and Bylaws of Kaharaži Vondacija, the national charitable foundation of the Principality. Defines its mission of philanthropy, education, and humanitarian relief under royal patronage; regulates its governance, financial oversight, and accountability; and directs registration as a non-profit entity in the Register of Foundations.
