Accepts and records the voluntary renunciation by Mr. M. Magnussen of Kaharagian nationality and of all titles, styles, and honours; declares their cessation; orders removal from the National Register, the Roll of the Peerage, and the Register of Orders, Decorations, and Medals; directs cancellation of any passports or warrants of precedence and the return of Letters Patent and insignia to the Royal Chancellery; effective upon promulgation.
