Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship upon Gustavo Alejandro Taricco Calvo, a native of Argentina, in recognition of his loyalty, merit, and sincere dedication to the ideals of the Principality. Admission is conferred by special act of the Sovereign, effective upon the Oath of Allegiance and the formal entry of his particulars in the Register of Nationals. Declares him a full citizen of Lichtenberg, vested with all rights and duties thereby entailed.
