Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Eric Contesse of France

Summary

Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship upon Eric Contesse, a citizen of France, for loyalty and adherence to the ideals of honour, service, and good citizenship. Admission is conferred by special act, effective upon the Oath of Allegiance and entry in the State Register of Nationals. Recognises him as a full citizen of Lichtenberg, entitled to all civic rights and duties.
