Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship to Julio Alejandro Arévalo Reyes, a native of Guatemala, in recognition of his declared loyalty, honourable conduct, and support of the Principality’s mission. Admission is made by special Conferral under the Sovereign’s prerogative, taking effect upon the Oath of Allegiance and registration in the Register of Nationals. Declares him a full citizen of Lichtenberg with all rights and obligations appertaining thereto.
