Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Bernardino Atilio Orellana Rojas of Japan

Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship to Bernardino Atilio Orellana Rojas, a native of Japan, in recognition of his integrity, friendship, and contribution to the international fellowship of the Principality. Confers nationality by special Conferral, effective upon the taking of the Oath of Allegiance and the registration of his particulars in the Register of Nationals. Declares him a citizen of Lichtenberg with all rights, privileges, and responsibilities thereof.
