Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship upon Giuseppe Ferraro, a citizen of Italy, acknowledging his fidelity and dedication to the ideals and mission of the Principality. Admission is made by special Conferral under the Sovereign’s prerogative, taking effect upon completion of the Oath of Allegiance and entry in the Register of Nationals. Recognises him as a full citizen with all rights and duties of Lichtenberg.
