Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship upon Pedro Casillas Capetillo II, a native of Mexico, in recognition of his declared fidelity and support of the Principality’s ideals and its Sovereign. Admission is made by special act of grace, effective upon the Oath of Allegiance and the inscription of his name in the Register of Nationals. Declares him a citizen of Lichtenberg with all rights and civic duties.
