Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship to Matthias Friedrich Bork, a native of Germany and resident of Canada, in recognition of his fidelity, integrity, and service in friendship to the Principality. Confers nationality by special Conferral under the Sovereign’s authority, to take effect upon completion of the Oath of Allegiance and entry in the Register of Nationals. Declares him a full citizen of Lichtenberg with all rights and obligations thereof.
