Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship to Jon Robert Whitrock, a citizen of the United States, in recognition of his loyalty and devotion to the principles and institutions of the Principality. Admission is made by special Conferral under the Sovereign’s prerogative, effective upon the Oath of Allegiance and the registration of his particulars in the State Register of Nationals. Recognises him as a full citizen of Lichtenberg with all attendant rights and responsibilities.
