Admission is conferred by special Conferral under the Sovereign’s prerogative, taking effect upon the administration of the Oath of Allegiance and the entry of his particulars in the Register of Nationals. The decree recognises him as a full citizen of Lichtenberg with all rights, privileges, and duties thereby entailed.
