Institutes the Most Illustrious Order of Saint Michael the Archangel as a dynastic order of chivalry under the personal fons honorum of the Sovereign Prince of Lichtenberg. Promulgates the Order’s statutes, governing its spiritual and moral character, classes of membership, rules of admission and promotion, and the duties of its officers and members. Establishes the insignia, motto, and ceremonial traditions associated with the Order, which shall stand as a mark of honour for virtue, courage, and service to God, Crown, and Country. Directs that all acts of appointment and promotion be entered in the Roll of the Order and recorded under the Great Seal of the Principality.
