Defines who belongs to the Principality of Lichtenberg and how nationality is acquired: by descent, marriage on petition, adoption, naturalisation, or special Conferral. Allows dual nationality with disclosure. Renunciation is by personal petition to the Sovereign and takes effect only by Royal Decree; deprivation is limited to fraud or grave disloyalty with notice and a hearing. Establishes a Register of Nationals and an oath/affirmation.
