Your Majesty,
On the occasion of the forthcoming sixtieth anniversary of the independence of the Kingdom of Lesotho on 4 October, I have the honour to extend to Your Majesty my warmest greetings and sincere congratulations.
This anniversary offers an occasion to remember those who helped secure the Kingdom’s independence and to recognise the work of the generations who have followed them. On behalf of all Kaharagians, I convey my respectful greetings to the Basotho people and my sincere wishes for their continued peace and prosperity.
May I also extend my good wishes for the health and happiness of Your Majesty, Her Majesty Queen ’Masenate and the whole Royal Family.
