Sir,
Please accept my warmest good wishes on your birthday. May the year ahead bring you peace and fulfilment. I also extend my respects to the Royal Family and to the people of Eswatini, whose heritage and national character continue to be recognised internationally.
Please accept, Sir, the assurances of my highest consideration.
