THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the State dated 7 June 2016, to grant the Saint Michael Decoration, Second Class to Martin, Baron Lessem, and to authorise the bearing and wearing of the insignia thereof according to the established statutes and usages.
