THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the State dated 16 April 2013, to grant the Royal Decoration "Pro Deo Et Patria" to Eugene, Count Lupro, and to authorise the bearing and wearing of the insignia thereof according to the established statutes and usages. Done in Detroit, 16 April 2013
