THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 23 October 2023, to appoint The Most Reverend André Marie of the Holy Cross to be a Royal Chaplain of His Royal Highness's Ecclesiastical Household, to hold the same subject to the provisions therein contained.
