THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 7 March 2017, to revoke and annul the appointment of Andrew David Radcliffe to be Royal Ambassador to the United Kingdom and a Member of the Council of State, made on 12 November 2016, together with all powers, rights, and privileges arising therefrom.
