THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 12 November 2016, to appoint Andrew David Radcliffe, a Kaharagian national, to be Royal Ambassador to the United Kingdom and a Member of the Council of State, to hold such offices subject to the provisions therein contained.
