Appointment of Andrew David Radcliffe as Royal Ambassador and Member of Council of State

THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 12 November 2016, to appoint Andrew David Radcliffe, a Kaharagian national, to be Royal Ambassador to the United Kingdom and a Member of the Council of State, to hold such offices subject to the provisions therein contained.
