Appointment of Mathias Lolk Magnussen as Colonel and Personal Aide-de-Camp

THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 6 April 2016, to appoint Mathias Lolk Magnussen, a Kaharagian national, to be Colonel in the Royal Kaharagian Army and a Personal Aide-de-Camp to His Royal Highness, to hold the same subject to the provisions therein contained.
