THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the State dated 23 October 2023, to grant the Prince's Medal for Merit to Eugene, Count Lupro, and to authorise the bearing and wearing of the insignia thereof according to the established statutes and usages.
