THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Great Seal of the State dated 16 July 2022, to grant the Royal Decoration for Arts, Sciences, and Culture to Eugene, Count Lupro, and to authorise the bearing and wearing of the insignia thereof according to the established statutes and usages.
