THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Seal of the Order dated 16 July 2022, to admit and receive The Rt. Rev. André Marie of the Holy Cross into the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle in the rank of Knight Commander, and to grant unto him all rights, dignities, privileges, and precedence thereunto appertaining, together with the authority to bear and wear the insignia thereof according to the Statutes and established usages of the said Royal Order.
