THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Seal of the Order dated 17 July 2016, to admit and receive Martin, Baron Lessem into the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle in the rank of Knight Grand Cross, and to grant unto him all rights, dignities, privileges, and precedence thereunto appertaining, together with the authority to bear and wear the insignia thereof according to the Statutes and established usages of the said Royal Order.
