THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Letters Patent under the Seal of the Order dated 16 July 2012, to admit and receive Eugene, Count Lupro as a Companion of the Most Illustrious Order of Saint Michael the Archangel, and to grant unto him all rights, dignities, privileges, and precedence thereunto appertaining, together with authority to bear and wear the insignia thereof according to the Statutes and established usages of the said Most Illustrious Order.
