THE SOVEREIGN has been pleased, by Sovereign Decree under the Seal of the Order dated 16 July 2010, to admit and receive Princess Sheilla, Countess Ericksen into the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle in the rank of Dame Grand Cross, Order of the Kaharagian Eagle, and to grant unto her all rights, dignities, privileges, and precedence thereunto appertaining, together with the authority to bear and wear the insignia thereof according to the Statutes and established usages of the said Royal Order.
